How this works
- Every weekday morning a check looks for ResLynx Excel sheets that changed in OneDrive since its last run. It only reads OneDrive and never changes your files.
- For each hotel or supplier with a change, it opens the folder to see what’s there right now and picks the newest sheet by the usual rule (newest year folder; OLD and DO NOT USE are skipped).
- Nothing in the tracker changes until someone clicks Approve. A green dot next to a hotel’s Excel button means a suggestion is waiting here.
- Approve all only covers rows with no warnings. A rejected suggestion won’t come back unless an even newer file appears.
- To keep a hand-picked link, tick Lock this link in the hotel’s or supplier’s edit panel. The check will leave it alone.
